Ministry

Samuel began teaching for LifeSpring in 2013. He is pastor of the Access Community Church of God (Seventh Day) congregation in Hamilton, Ontario where he has served since 1989. Samuel is serving his second consecutive term as President of the North American Ministerial Council. He also has served on the General Conference Board of Directors since 2005 and has been Chairman of the Board since 2015. Previously, Samuel served five years as District Superintendent of the Eastern Canada District and a year as interim Superintendent of the Northeast District.
