Brian has served as pastor of the Spokane, Washington congregation since 2006 and is the Ministerial Representative on the West Coast District Board. Previously, Brian served as West Coast District Superintendent and on the General Conference Board of Directors. He has pastored congregations in Washington, Oregon, and California.
